In 2016 the North Norfolk Exhibition Project (NNEP) moved to Cley-next-the-Sea, where works were exhibited in St Margaret’s Church, the Village Hall, Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre, and other village businesses and residents.

Previously in Salthouse Church, the NNEP’s annually staged month-long summer exhibition, features some of the best of artistic practice and new work by artists with a Norfolk connection, on the North Norfolk coast.

Each year the exhibition is designed and selected by a different curator to promote exceptional contemporary art by national and local artists across a wide range of disciplines including drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, collage, textiles, sculpture, mixed media and installation and attracts over 6,000 visitors each year.
